  19. No, white pixels in bitmapped pictures cannot be transparent
  20. in 3.0. PostScript doesn't allow this, so PageStream shouldn't
  21. either. 2.2 did for non-PostScript printers and it confused
  22. people to get a different result on screen and non-PS than on
  23. PostScript.
